ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of SCC and CEA in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods 382 cases from January 2015 to April 2016 in the respiratory department of our hospital were selected in this survey.Among which 172 cases with lung cancer,110cases with benign lung diseases and 100 healthy person.The CEA and SCC content in serum of all these cases were determined by chemical chemiluminescence,and the diagnostic efficacy of lung cancer by CEA or SCC alone and CEA and SCC combined examination was compared.Results In lung cancer group,the serum levels of CEA and SCC content were significantly higher than those of the normal control group and lung benign disease group(P<0.05),and benign lung disease group were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05).and compared with squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer,CEA has the highest content in adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the content of SCC in squamous cell carcinoma was obviously higher than that of small cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),The sensitivity of CEA was significantly higher than that of SCC(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and negative predictive value in combined detection group was significantly higher than that of CEA or SCC(P<0.05).Conclusion SCC and CEA could be used to identify different types of lung cancer,and the combination of the two methods could improve the positive diagnosis rate,facilitate the early detection of lung cancer,early treatment,has the promotion value.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A 2(Lp‐PLA2) with five traditional inflammatory factors of TC ,TG ,LDL‐C ,hs‐CRP and Hcy in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) ,and to in‐vestigate the relationship between its concentration with the lesions and severity of CHD .Methods Two hundreds cases of CHD were selected as the lesion group(which was subdivide into single vessel lesion ,double vessel lesion and three vessel lesion) ,at the same time ,100 persons undergoing physical examination were selected as the control group .The correlation between Lp‐PLA2 with five traditional inflammatory factors of TC ,TG ,LDL‐C ,hs‐CRP and Hcy was analyzed .The differences of Lp‐PLA2 in the lesion group and the control group were compared and the relation between Lp‐PLA2 level with lesion vessels number was analyzed .Re‐sults Lp‐PLA2 was significantly correlated with LDL‐C ,Hcy ,TC and hs‐CRP(P0 .05) , the level of Lp‐PLA2 in the lesion group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0 .05) .Conclusion High concentration of Lp‐PLA2 is a risk factor for coronary atherosclerosis ,but the correlation between the Lp‐PLA2 level and the severity of coronary arterial lesion needs further study .

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss the value of analysis of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) .Methods Serum level of myocardial enzyme spectrum in each people was deter-mined with Hitachi 7602 ,Serum levels of cTnI was determined by chemoluminescence method .Serum levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnI were collect from 65 neonates with HIE(HIE group) and 68 cases of helthy volunteers(control group) .Results The levels of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST) ,creatine kinase(CK) ,creatine kinase MB isoenzyme(CK-MB) ,lactic dehy-drogenase(LDH) and alpha-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(HBDH) in HIE group were(98 .9 ± 9 .6)U/L ,(385 .4 ± 15 .5)U/L , (89 .3 ± 9 .6)U/L ,(300 .8 ± 19 .8)U/L ,(399 .1 ± 17 .9)U/L ,which were higher than those in control group(P<0 .05) .The level of cTnI was(1 .4 ± 0 .4)ng/mL in HIE group ,which was higher than that in control group(P<0 .05) .CK-MB sensitivity was 88 .6% , cTnI speciality rate was 86 .3% .Conclusion The assay of myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnI is significant in diagnosis of neo-natal HIE .
